Consistently throughout my life, I have been learning and accepting new challenges. Inspired by the ambition of success, I have been able to achieve commendable academics under not so favorable environment. More I achieve, more I set targets for myself and work towards it. I hold first class Management Degree from Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Mesra having specialization in Marketing & Finance. I am a sincere, disciplined & hard working person who has started her career with a very professional & knowledgeable organization i.e. CTS Management and now have completed for more than 3 years.

Working with CTS, I have enjoyed every moment till date. An open & empowered atmosphere has given me ample opportunities to learn and sharpen my skills. I have tried to grab every opportunity that was given to me by my management. Besides having a good, healthy & friendly environment, CTS also possess vast knowledge about service industry and sometimes I feel that I’m in some training institute. One of the best thing about CTS is shared knowledge among its employees and culture of team building. The CTS Management philosophy I.e. managing one’s business with “Facts & Figures”, “Participation by Everyone” in decision making process and “Thinking” process oriented all the time have helped me immensely in growing professionally in the organization.

I must say, I am very lucky to have started my career in CTS.

I look after Marketing, Contracts & Bidding activities in the organization.
