CTS Do's

  1. All Gang members to follow route as advised by management for taking positions.

  2. All Gang members to wave Goodbye to Passengers after the cleaning.

  3. All Gang members to wish Railway Staff whenever they see them.

  4. All Workmen & Supervisors to strictly follow Safety instructions as advised by management.

  5. All Workmen to report to Workstation Supervisors in case of any argument with Passenger.

  6. All Workmen to clean the machines at the end of the shifts & keep the machines at its assigned place.

  7. Machine Room to be left locked in absence of our Supervisor/ Workmen.

  8. All Gang members to take their workstation position 5 minutes before the arrival of trains.

  9. All Gang members to help & assist each other in case of difficulty.

  10. All workmen to clean their machines /tools before getting ready.

  11. All Workmen to offload machines from back & use them from coach floor.

  12. All Workmen & Supervisors to appear in clean & hygiene condition.

  13. All workmen & Supervisors to wear SMILE on their face.

  14. All Workmen & Supervisors to be in Uniform all the time in Station.

  15. All Gang members to move in queue while talking the position at Workstations.
