The contract being unique in nature (first of its kind) vinyl wrapping with provision of passenger interfaces and up-gradation of coaches was executed for a period of 1 year on pilot project basis.
The project was introduced in 5 southbound Rajdhani trains viz. 2429/30, 2431/32 and 2433/34 integrated service NZM-BLR-TVC-MAS-NZM (102 coaches) with full bodied vinyl wrapping. The scope of services include provision of high end toiletries through modern & automatic dispensing system, laying of PVC floor, synthetic mats in door area, hollow mats in door area, 7 fully geared & fully trained Janitorial cum On-board housekeeping staff, intensive cleaning of entire train with modern state-of-the-art mechanized systems in maintenance depot at Nizamuddin and many other passenger amenity items.
A tripartite agreement was signed between Bharti Airtel Limited, Peacock Media and CTS Management Services for full advertising rights in lieu of a very high degree facility management services as their corporate social responsibility. The project was a grand success and passengers went gaga about the benefits derived from this scheme. It was a win-win-win situation for everyone. Seeing this as a great interacting medium/platform, Insurance giant Max New York Life Insurance bought one of the train from Airtel.
